Taos Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces chicken
    4 tsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    4 tsp. butter
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    dash of garlic powder
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/3 c. chili sauce
    2 1/2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Roll chicken in flour, salt and pepper.
    Melt butter in pan and brown chicken.
    Push to side.
    Now saute onion.
    Add rest of ingredients (except rice).
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 35 minutes.
    Serve over hot rice.
