Texas Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Beat eggs in bowl until light.
    Stir in buttermilk and oil. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
    Mix in buttermilk mixture until smooth.
    Pour in greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
