Cheesy Chicken Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. minced onions
1 tsp. minced green peppers
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 (5 oz.) can chicken, drained
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. hot sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2/3 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) can buttermilk biscuits
Preparation

Saute
onions
and green peppers in margarine in medium skillet
until
tender.
Stir
in
chicken, 1 cup cheese, sour cream,
hot
sauce
and
pepper.
Roll
each biscuit to 1/4 to 1/8-inch
thickness.
Spread
each biscuit with about 2 tablespoons
chicken mixture.
Roll up biscuits jelly roll fashion, pinching
edge to seal.
Place rolls in a lightly greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
