Chocolate Chunk Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. or 2 sticks butter or margarine
1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. oats
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chunks
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Beat margarine and sugars until creamy. Add eggs, milk and vanilla.
Beat well.
Add flour, baking soda and salt.
Mix well.
Drop by rounded measuring spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 9 to 10 minutes for a chewy cookie or 12 to 13 minutes for a crisp cookie.
Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
