Sausage And Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. or more link sausage
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and quartered
Preparation

Cut sausage into 2-inch pieces.
In a large pot, brown sausage with chopped onion.
Add water to cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Add cut potatoes and seasoning to meat.
Cover and cook until potatoes are done (about 20 minutes).
Blend flour into milk, add to sausage and potatoes and cook until thickened.
