Barbecued Pork Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    4 slices onion
    1 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3 lb. pork steak
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    flour
Preparation
    Melt shortening.
    Roll pork in flour and brown.
    Place in roaster.
    Mix onions, green pepper, catsup, salt, celery seed, brown sugar, lemon juice and mustard with 1 cup water.
    Pour over meat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until tender.
