Confetti Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 medium diced green pepper
1 small onion
Preparation

Mix eggs, vinegar and sugar in a double boiler.
Mix over medium heat until it becomes like scrambled eggs.
Remove from heat.
Mix in the cream cheese, pepper and onion.
Serve with vegetables or crackers.
