Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. catsup (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Shape into loaf.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
