Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg white (unbeaten)
1 tsp. flavoring
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 c. boiling water
few drops food coloring
Preparation

Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Add the boiling water.
Beat until it has high peaks.
Add any color food coloring you choose.
Spread on cake and set in a cool place for several hours.
