Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
few grains salt
juice and rind of 1 lemon
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cream butter; add sugar, salt and flour.
Then add lemon juice and rind.
Add slightly beaten egg yolk and milk.
When well blended, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into uncooked pie shell and bake in hot oven, 450\u00b0, for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Inserted knife will come out clean when done.
