Barbecue Marinate(Brisket Barbecue Entertaining) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. catsup
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. chili sauce
    1 1/2 c. wine vinegar
    8 oz. beer
    3/4 c. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    black pepper to taste
    1 whole large beef brisket
Preparation
    Marinate brisket in sauce overnight.
    Place whole brisket over hot coals to sear and brown fat.
    Place brisket and sauce in foil pan.
    Cover and cook over coals, approximately 4 hours (using a meat thermometer, 170\u00b0 for medium).
    Slice and serve.
    Serves 16. I personally prefer the recipe without the chili sauce.
    Perfect for large barbecues.
