Dijon-Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. minced ginger
vegetable cooking spray
4 (4 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
Place chicken in an 11 x 7 x 2-inch dish coated with cooking spray. Brush glaze mixture over chicken.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
Uncover and broil chicken 4 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden.
Yield: 4 servings (about 160 calories per serving and 2.1 fat grams).
