Surprise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. fresh rhubarb
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a bowl, except rhubarb; beat well.
    Fold in rhubarb; pour in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Over top of batter, sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 1/2 cup brown sugar to cover batter.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
