Ellen'S Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 c. cream-style corn
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    3 Tbsp. chopped canned pimiento
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix egg, milk, 2/3 cup crumbs, 3/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
    Stir in corn, onion and pimiento.
    Turn into 1-quart casserole.
    Toss melted butter with remaining crumbs; sprinkle atop corn mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 to 70 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
