Chicken In Cream Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            6 boneless chicken breasts
 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. mushrooms
1 medium onion
1 c. heavy cream
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. wine (any kind)
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 tsp. garlic
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
- 
                            Wash and season chicken breasts with garlic, salt and pepper. Heat pan.
 
Then add olive oil.
Add chicken breasts.
Brown on both sides for about 3 minutes each side.
