Vegetable Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    3/4 c. grated carrots
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. grated cucumber, drain and squeeze
    1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper (red and green)
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Spread mayonnaise on 1 slice of bread; add vegetable mix on this.
    Slice sandwich into thirds.
