Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli, washed and drained
    1 small red onion, sliced thinly
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1 c. mayo
Preparation
    Cut broccoli into florets. Add onions; set aside. Mix mayo, sugar and vinegar; pour over broccoli and onion. Refrigerate. (Can be put in plastic Ziploc bag or bowl with lid.)
    When ready to serve, add bacon and cheese. Also good leftover.
