Onion-Roasted Potatoes And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets onion or onion-mushroom recipe soup mix
    2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks
    5 boneless chicken breasts, cut up into cubes
    carrots, celery and broccoli, cut up into small bite size pieces
    1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients.
    Close bag and shake or toss in bowl until everything is evenly coated.
    Empty all into shallow baking or roasting pan. Discard bag.
    Bake, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
    Garnish with fresh, chopped parsley, if desired.
    Makes about 8 servings.
