Sausage Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sausage
2 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped celery
1 lb. spaghetti, cooked and well drained
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 butter/margarine, melted
4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook sausage in a large skillet until it begins to brown, stirring to break up large pieces.
Add onion and celery; saute until tender.
Remove sausage and vegetables with a slotted spoon to a well-greased large flat baking pan.
Top with spaghetti. Combine soup and milk; add eggs and cheese.
Pour mixture evenly over spaghetti.
Combine bread crumbs and butter.
Sprinkle evenly over casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until crumbs are crisp and toasted.
