Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium to large baking potatoes
cooking oil
1/4 lb. bacon
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. hot milk
10 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped shallots (green onions)
2 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste
sprinkle of paprika
1/2 stick butter
Preparation

Bake potatoes. Meanwhile, fry bacon until it is crisp and set aside.
