Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. sauerkraut, drained well
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. green pepper
1 medium onion
1 small red pimento
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
2/3 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. water
Preparation

Mix sugar, oil, vinegar and water.
Mix with remaining ingredients well; set overnight to marinate good.
Good for weeks; keep in refrigerator.
