Steamed Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. shrimp
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 orange
    1 lemon
    1 large onion, sliced
    garlic powder
    salt
    liquid crab boil
Preparation
    Remove heads from shrimp.
    Rinse and put into heavy pot.
    Add oil, vinegar, cut up orange (rind and all), cut up lemon (rind and all), onion, sprinkle of garlic and salt and crab boil to taste. Simmer slowly, stirring occasionally, with cover on pot, until shrimp are tender, about 20 to 25 minutes.
