Stuffed Zucchini With Italian Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large zucchini (about 2 lb.)
    boiling water
    1 1/2 Italian sweet sausages, cooked (de-cased)
    1 slice white bread, softened
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. Romano cheese
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place washed whole zucchini in large pot of boiling water.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove zucchini and cut each in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out most of pulp, leaving a shell about 1/4-inch thick.
    Chop the pulp coarsely.
