Papaya Or Mango Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sprigs cilantro, stemmed and chopped
    1 large mango, peeled and diced
    2 jalapenos, seeded and finely diced
    1/2 small red onion, peeled and diced
    1 to 2 limes, juiced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and allow to sit, refrigerated, for at least 1 hour.
    You may make salsa ahead of serving time but only by 24 hours or less.
