Carol'S Baked Twice Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 medium potatoes
    1 stick butter or margarine
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika to taste
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel, boil and mash potatoes.
    Mix in cream cheese, butter or margarine and sour cream.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick spray.
    Put potatoes in pan.
    Sprinkle top with both cheeses and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about one hour or until heated through.
