Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken or turkey, cooked and cubed
    2 1/2 c. stuffing mix
    1/2 c. melted margarine (1 stick)
    1/2 c. milk or chicken broth
    1 can condensed mushroom soup
    1 small can peas, drained, or frozen peas
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Melt margarine; add stuffing mix and coat.
    Mix in bowl 1 3/4 cups stuffing mix, broth, chicken, soup, onion and peas.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish and put 3/4 cup stuffing mix on top.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 ove for 35 minutes.
    I bake mine in a glass dish and reduce the heat to 400\u00b0.
    I also cover the dish with aluminum foil and take off foil for the last 5 to 10 minutes to brown.
