Cinnamon Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
3/4 c. lukewarm milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
3 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine yeast and water.
Let stand 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine milk, sugar, salt, shortening, eggs, yeast mixture and half of the flour.
Beat 2 minutes on electric mixer (medium speed).
Add remaining flour and vanilla.
Beat 2 more minutes with a spoon.
