Dan Dan Mien - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Chinese noodles
    3 Tbsp. Oriental sesame seed oil
    1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. China Village Szechuan stir-fry sauce
    1 tsp. hot chili oil
    3 Tbsp. white, lightly roasted sesame seed
    1 1/2 c. bean sprouts, parboiled, rinsed in cold water and drained
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions.
    Do not overcook.
    Drain, rinse with cold water, drain again and toss with 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil.
    Set aside.
