Ingredients

1 butter flavored cake mix
1 can low-fat Eagle Brand milk
1 pkg. frozen coconut
pecan pieces
1 can cream of coconut
1 (8 oz.) box sour cream
1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation

Bake the cake mix by box and cook in a rectangular pan.
When done, punch lots of holes in cake.
Mix Eagle Brand milk and cream of coconut together.
Pour this over the cake while still hot. Mix the sour cream, frozen coconut and confectioners sugar together.
Pour over cake after it slightly cools. Top cake with flaked coconut and pecan pieces.
