All-Day Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. meat, cubed
    6 medium carrots, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
    10 small onions
    28 oz. can tomato puree
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. celery, cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 Tbsp. salt
    dash of pepper (or 1 Tbsp. sole seasoning)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Combine meat, veggies and potatoes in 3-quart casserole.
    Mix tomato puree, salt, pepper and cornstarch. Pour into casserole.
    Stir, cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours. Yields 6 servings.
