Chicken In Red Pepper Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 plump chicken cutlet (per person)
    2 onions
    1-inch cube ginger
    4 cloves garlic (at least)
    2 oz. ground almonds
    2 red peppers (soft and dark color)
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin
    1 Tbsp. ground coriander
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. turmeric
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper to taste
    2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    8 oz. water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Skin and cut chicken into chunks. Puree onions, ginger, almonds, peppers, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne and salt. Add a little water to break down, if necessary.
