Cheese Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli (chopped)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    salt to taste
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed into crumbs
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli and drain well.
    Saute onion in 4 tablespoons of margarine.
    Stir in flour.
    Add water; cook over low heat until mixture thickens.
    Add salt.
    Blend in cheese.
    Combine sauce and broccoli and eggs and mix gently until blended.
    Turn into greased casserole.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Dot with remaining margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
