Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced carrots
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Steam or boil carrots and drain.
    Mix all ingredients and cover in refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
    Serve as a salad over greens or as a cold salad dish.
