Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 egg
2 slices bread, crumbled
1/4 c. catsup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and form into meat balls.
Brown meat balls in shortening. Drain when they are done.
Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of water.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
