Halibut Veracruz(Low-Fat Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (4 oz.) halibut fillets or any other firm fish
    1/2 c. fresh lime juice
    1 Tbsp. dried onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes (with liquid)
    3 Tbsp. canned green chiles, chopped
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    a few dashes Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Place fish in shallow baking dish.
    Make sauce with remaining ingredients; pour on top of fish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serves 4.
