Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. flour (self-rising)*
1 c. pecans
3 to 4 c. diced apples
1 c. coconut
1 c. raisins
1 c. drained pineapple

*If using all-purpose flour, use one teaspoon salt and one teaspoon soda.
