Fluffy Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. whipping cream
3 Tbsp. horseradish
1/8 tsp. salt

Preparation

Whip cream just to soft peaks; fold in horseradish and salt. Serve with beef, pork, burgers, ham or vegetables.
Makes 1 cup.
