Dilly Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    2 c. fresh bread crumbs (4 slices)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Shape into loaf.
    Place in greased, shallow baking dish.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Serve with Lemony Dill Sauce.
    Garnish as desired.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
