Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. corned beef (or 1 can corned beef)
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, grated or sliced
1 (12 oz.) pkg. potato chips
1/2 c. Russian dressing
Preparation

Crush potato chips and mix with dressing.
Line bottom of buttered casserole with half of the chip mixture.
Layer corned beef, kraut and Swiss cheese.
Top with remaining chip mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve with rye bread.
Reheatable.
