Cocoa Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 sticks oleo
1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 apples, cored and grated (2 c.)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. allspice
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs,
sugar,
oleo
and water until fluffy.
Sift flour, cocoa, soda and spices.
Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold
in
nuts,
apples, chips and vanilla.
Spoon into greased and floured
Bundt\tpan
and bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes. Remove from
oven and let stand for 8 to 10 minutes. Place Bundt pan upside down on bottle and cool for 30 minutes.
