Rhubarb Or Peach Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. instant oatmeal
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter
4 c. rhubarb or peaches, chopped
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, cinnamon and butter until crumbly.
Press half of mixture into a greased 9-inch pan.
Cover with rhubarb or peaches.
Combine remaining ingredients and cook until thick and clear.
Pour over fruit.
Top with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
