Crispy Croutons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    6 slices pumpernickel or rye bread
Preparation
    In small glass bowl, heat butter at High 1 minute or until melted.
    Brush butter onto bread (one side only).
    Cut bread into small cubes.
    In oblong baking dish, arrange bread; drizzle with remaining butter.
    Heat at High 5 to 6 minutes or until bread is crispy; stir twice.
    To complete, let stand 10 minutes, stored and covered, until ready to serve.
    Yields 3 cups.
