Hawaiian Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
6 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/4 c. cold milk
8 oz. cream cheese
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
1/2 c. flaked coconut
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Prepare cake according to directions on package.
Pour into greased 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake in preheated oven of 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
Cool in pan.
Blend pudding mix with milk; beat in cream cheese (room temperature), then fold in Cool Whip.
Spread on cooled cake.
Sprinkle drained pineapple over pudding, then cherries, nuts and coconut. Refrigerate until ready to cut.
Can be made a day ahead.
