Ingredients

4 salmon steaks (7 oz. each)
salt
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 tsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Rinse the fish under cold running water if necessary, pat dry and season with salt.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the butter or margarine.
When the butter or margarine has melted, fry the salmon steaks on each side.
Place in a warmed dish and keep warm.
