Pepper Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef cubes
    1 lb. pork cubes
    1 lb. pig tails
    1 lb. fresh neck bones
    1 garlic clove
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 hot pepper
    1 bunch spring/green onions
    1 Tbsp. McCormick steak seasoning or 1 Tbsp. beef flavor seasoning
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. oil
Preparation
    Wash and clean all meats; cut into bite size pieces.
    Place meats in large mixing bowl.
    Add chopped garlic clove, salt, pepper, thyme, finely chopped spring/green onions and whole hot pepper.
    Do not chop hot pepper.
    Add 1/2 cup of water.
    Mix and let stand for 1 hour (the longer you allow meat to marinate, the more seasoned the meat will taste).
