Easy Pina Colada Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cake mix with pudding
1 (15 oz.) can Coco Lopez cream of coconut
1/2 c. rum
1/3 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
2 Tbsp. rum
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine cake mix, 1/2 cup cream of coconut, 1/2 cup rum, oil and eggs.
Beat for 2 minutes.
Stir in pineapple.
Pour into greased 10-inch tube cake pan.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool; remove from pan.
Poke holes 1-inch apart almost to bottom.
Combine cream of coconut and rum.
Pour over cake and chill thoroughly.
Garnish with Cool Whip, pineapple chunks, cherries and coconut.
Store in fridge.
