Fish Balls Souffle(Fiske Bollegrateng) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can fish balls
    1 c. macaroni
    3 eggs, separated
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut fish balls in small cubes.
    Melt butter in pan; add flour, stirring well, then add milk to make sauce.
    Fold in egg yolks. Cool.
    Then fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour in greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes until golden on top. Serve at once.
    Chopped green onion and shrimp may be added.
