Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Stir in egg, milk and oil. Heat #5 iron skillet on top of stove with 2 tablespoons oil in it. When skillet is hot, quickly pour in batter.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
When done, dump immediately on plate.
