Best Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Cups Shredded Cabbage
    1 Cup Leeks, chopped
    1/2 Cup Carrots, diced
    1/2 Cup Celery, diced
    2 Tsp. Margarine
    2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
    4 Cups Water
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    2 Packets Herb OX Vegetable Bouillon
Preparation
    Saute cabbage, leeks, carrots, celery and garlic in margarine until vegetables are tender.
    Add water and Herb Ox and simmer.
