Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer
    2 c. reserved broth
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    1 stick melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender.
    Remove from bone.
    Reserve broth. In a saucepan, mix broth and soup and bring to a boil.
    In a bowl, combine margarine, pepper, flour and buttermilk.
    Pour broth over chicken in 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan.
    Spoon batter evenly on top.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, until crust is browned.
